American Nationals!
The alleged Northern America states wanted to stay under Crown of England’s domain, law and debt. So, by 1871, February 21 Congressional Parliament (Congress) had created its own authority in passing the Act of 1871 which changed the name of the original Constitution (Constitution of the United States) and shelved our Republic, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence.

Corporate government terms are cast in Corporate Charters; and here is what you’ve done to keep you into the corporate venue: Republic of North America, period is de jure, lawful government! On the other hand Republic of the united States of America, is de facto legal government terms! Separate and an entirely different entity! So, terms used in that context keep us, North American national peoples stuck, and deemed incompetent in the current defacto United States of America Federal Government. Anything with ‘of America‘ on the end is CORPORATE! I urge you to read all the old charters before the Act of 1871 and see that the terms “of America” are absent.
Stuck in a Rut?
We’ve been in martial law for over 200 years, American nationals! What’s really happening is U.K.’s Parliamentary Government’s been running its UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC., corporate businesses and us for hundreds of years; not its private operations have been repossessed for its (private Federal Governments) debts all over the world, shoved down our throats as “wars”; and we American national peoples just belong to and are part of the debt packages! Knowledge and peaceful right action are our only hope of instituting and saving what was secured for us: Our Republic states and governments!
The Corporate Federal Government can do anything that it deems possible because its private policy Corporate U.S. Constitution has nothing to do with you or me. It’s void of rights for non-government peoples! If you are non-government, you are factored into Federal Governments’ private policy U.S..Constitution as an incompetent 14th Amendment Citizen/CITIZEN!
So, the current Federal Government Corporateers can make any private policy that it deems possible in protecting and perpetuating its private policy government!
Peaceful Solvency
In short, our Republic government was never enacted by and for us Sovereigns — free citizens (all lower case spelling of “citizens”) deemed to have the highest authority of the land – was stolen from us, along with our Republic form of government for our lack of understanding and enacting and building our Republic. Keeping in mind according to the original Constitution, only “We the People” are sovereign. Government was not sovereign; government was servant! Remember? Our Declaration of Independence affirmed, “Government is subject to the consent of the governed.” That’s us — the governed-sovereigns! When did you last feel like a sovereign?

Federal Government procedures and operations in times of war, only, has secretly, behind closed doors, emerged as mazes of private government corporations, towering political fortresses of foreign private unaccountable corporations operating in North America, casting American nationals’ into poverty and ruination like terminal diseases cast over this land; Looking back beginning 1994, I was the model indentured servant because I don’t remember questioning or coming up against any non-compliance issues that would’ve alerted and caused me awaking and seeing that government didn’t and doesn’t represent me in any capacity. I also wasn’t informed of North American nationals being declared enemies of current private Federal Governments, as is evidenced in Emergency War Powers Act, where all North America’s
free peoples’ were declared enemies of the current private Federal Government Corporations, impersonating representatives of Americans! The “Federal Government” has declared a perpetual state of war, propagating over the world inciting business deals for purposes of keeping our Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence in a chronic state of suspension!In 1994, when I experienced firsthand the blatant misuse of senior service funds by a very tight-knit Municipality in a small community that controlled what the seniors would and would not benefit from during the time that I was Senior Service Program Director in Alaska. My efforts in helping resulted in feeling like the Colonel in “Legends of the Fall” (Anthony Hopkins) trying to help the Indians by seeking Congressional and government support which were fruitless. My efforts in helping enrich the lives of seniors were fruitless uphill battles against a wealthy and powerful bureaucracy. Toward the end of my time on the Island, I was warned that my life was threatened and it was time for me to leave.That was my first conscious experience with “government bureaucracy” that was blatantly discriminatory and wrong; and more importantly, completely unchecked.
